There are hundreds of videos that can show you how to make Solar Panels.

U Tube is a fine example of where you can go to get video information on  how to build Solar Panels and see exactly how easy it is to build.  There are several company’s that you can buy cells from, and there is a couple of good places like Amazon and E bay you can find good deals on solar cells at a cheaper price.  You can even fix broken cells with clear silicon caulk, as long as you can solder the tabs together they will work.
